We only ship within the US. You must have a US billing address in order to become a member.
Bears Gifts n More can not be held responsible for any misrepresentation associated with any product or price contained in catalogues, pricelists or on our web site. Due to digital limitations colors on the internet images might appear different than the real product color. Bears Gifts n More will endeavor to ship all orders within 2 to 5 business days. Sept-Dec. up to 7 business days.
However, should situations results in delays or non-delivery Bears Gifts n More will not be hold liable.
Bears Gifts n More must be notified within five days of receipt of merchandise for any shortage of quantities and dissatisfaction of terms or condition of sale. Without such notification, it will be considered that the customer has completely accepted the order as shipped and invoiced.
All returns must include a prior return authorization number. This authorization number must appear on all packages and related documents. It is your responsibility to pay all return freight charges unless otherwise authorized. We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error Any return without a valid authorization number will be refused. Products that show signs of extended customer use or abuse will not be accepted back for credit. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault of Bears Gifts n More. Damaged shipment from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Defects in workmanship are covered under the satisfaction guarantee or extended guarantee .
Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, return in unused condition in original carton within 5 days for exchange or credit.
Many products carry an extended warranty. Check the products copy block in the catalog for extended warranty information. Some products come with one year, five year, ten year or lifetime warranty.
We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
Return Policy
If an item you receive arrives broken or seems defective in any way, simply contact us and we will send out a replacement or issue credit to your account, whichever your prefer. Non-defective/non-damaged returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days and we will credit your account minus a 20% restocking fee.
